Refund Policy

Refund & Replacement Policy

At Luca & Raf’s Supersauce, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy, with limited cases eligible for refunds or replacements.

1. No Returns Policy

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

We offer a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong product

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please email us at hello@lucaandrafs.com with:

    • Order details

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • Packaging and batch details (if visible)

4. Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, we may offer:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A refund to your original payment method

Please allow 5–7 working days for processing refunds after approval.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
