  • All products are subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities

  • Product images are for representation; actual product may vary slightly

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways

  • We are not responsible for payment failures due to gateway issues.
     

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location

  • Delays due to logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control
     

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of food products:

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery

    • The wrong product is delivered

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
 

6. Food Safety, Compliance & Storage

  • Our products are manufactured, handled, and distributed in accordance with the guidelines set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India

  • All applicable licenses and registrations are maintained as required under Indian food safety laws

  • Customers are advised to check ingredient lists and allergen information before consumption

  • Once opened, the product should be refrigerated and consumed within the recommended timeframe mentioned on the packaging

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or consumption beyond the expiry date
     

7. Batch & Traceability

  • Each product is marked with a batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date for traceability

  • In the event of any quality concern, customers are requested to share batch details along with their complaint

  • This enables us to investigate and resolve issues efficiently
     

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Logo

  • Product names

  • Images

  • Text

is the property of Luca & Raf’s Supersauce and may not be used without permission.
 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the website

  • Use the website for fraudulent activities

We are not liable for:
